Cyrex Labs Helps Support 2010 Zoo Walk for Autism Research
Cyrex Laboratories helped support the fund-raising efforts of its neighborhood autism community at the 6th annual Zoo Walk for Autism Research held in Phoenix on September 25, 2010. Each year, the proceeds of this worthy cause go directly to autism research at Arizona State University, under the direction of Jim Adams, Ph.D., and the Autism Research Institute. The results of this vital research benefit not only the local community, but also all those affected by Autism Spectrum Disorders worldwide.
Family members, co-workers, advocates, and many more dedicated walkers started their journey at an adjacent park and wound their way through the Phoenix Zoo, ending at the exhibit tent. Some local parents seemed pleased that Cyrex was participating in the event. Apparently, they viewed the testing as a way to finally get the answers to their questions that have concerned them so much. Cyrex management said that it was honored to support such an important fundraising event.
